Immigration Psychological Evaluations

Fee: $500

I provide trauma-informed immigration psychological evaluations for individuals navigating the immigration process. Evaluations are designed to document mental health symptoms, trauma history, emotional impact, and psychological functioning as they relate to immigration-related legal matters.

As a bilingual licensed mental health professional, I offer evaluations in English and Spanish through Satori Counseling PLLC, my private practice.

Evaluations Available For:

  • Asylum

  • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)

  • U Visa

  • T Visa

  • Extreme Hardship Waivers

  • Cancellation of Removal

What's Included:

  • Comprehensive clinical interview

  • Trauma-informed assessment

  • Review of relevant history and documentation

  • Standardized mental health assessments when clinically appropriate

  • Evaluation of psychological symptoms and functional impact

  • Comprehensive written psychological evaluation report

  • Collaboration with your immigration attorney when needed

Turnaround Time:

Draft reports are typically completed within 48 business hours after completion of the interview and receipt of all necessary documentation.

Virtual evaluations are available where permitted by law.

Evaluation Process

1. Schedule Your Appointment

Schedule a confidential virtual appointment.

2. Clinical Interview

We will complete a comprehensive interview exploring your personal experiences, mental health symptoms, strengths, cultural background, and the emotional impact of events related to your immigration case.

3. Report Preparation

I prepare a detailed psychological evaluation report using the clinical interview, observations, standardized assessments when appropriate, and supporting documentation.

4. Attorney Collaboration

With your consent, I can collaborate with your attorney regarding your completed evaluation.

Important Information

A psychological evaluation does not guarantee approval or a specific immigration outcome. Immigration decisions are made by immigration authorities.

My role is to provide an independent clinical evaluation documenting mental health symptoms, psychological impact, and relevant clinical findings.
